The planned 1 km long tunnel road on Sæbraut will connect settlements in the new and older parts of Vogar neighbourhood. ÖRUGG handles the initial design of the fire design and risk assessment, while Verkís handles other engineering designs. Tunnel roads require detailed risk analyses and assessments of people's safety with regard to fire and other hazards.
